Conditions générales

Tarifs des formations

Les tarifs présentés concernent les formations interentreprises. Ils sont valables pour l'année en cours.
Les frais d'inscription s'entendent hors TVA par participant et comprennent les supports de cours, les
rafraîchissements et, pour les formations d'une journée ou plus, le repas de midi.

Modalités de paiement

Le paiement sera libellé à l'ordre de SITec - CRP Henri Tudor avec mention du nom de votre société
et du nom du (des) participant(s). Le règlement doit être effectué dès la réception de la facture.

Facturation des absences

Pour les conférences, les absences non signalées au secrétariat SITec par e-mail ou fax, avant le jour de la conférence, seront facturées au plein tarif.
Des conditions d'annulation spécifiques peuvent être appliquées pour certaines conférences, auquel cas elles seront précisées dans la description de l'événement.

Pour les formations qualifiantes, les absences signalées au secrétariat SITec par e-mail ou fax moins de 48 heures avant le début de la formation sont facturées à 100 %.

Pour certaines formations (information spécifique renseignée sur la fiche descriptive de chaque formation), les conditions d'annulation sont les suivantes :
Annulation sans frais : au plus tard 15 jours ouvrables avant la date de la formation.
En cas d'annulation passé ce délai, le pourcentage suivant du prix de l'inscription sera facturé :
• annulation entre le 14ème et le 8ème jour avant la formation : 25%
• annulation entre le 7ème et le 3ème jour avant la formation : 50%
• annulation entre le 2ème et le dernier jour avant la formation : 100%

Annulation d’une manifestation

Nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler une manifestation lorsque le nombre d'inscrits n'est pas suffisant ou en cas d'indisponibilité inopinée de l’intervenant.
Le CRP Henri Tudor contactera alors toutes les personnes inscrites afin de les informer, soit du report des inscriptions à une date ultérieure, soit du remboursement intégral du prix payé.

Propriété intellectuelle du contenu

Le contenu des présentations réalisées par les collaborateurs du CRP Henri Tudor est propriété exclusive de celui-ci. A ce titre, toute réutilisation ou modification, même partielle de ce contenu, par quelque procédé que ce soit et à quelque fin que ce soit est soumise à l'autorisation préalable expresse du CRP Henri Tudor.

Règlement des litiges

Dans le cas où un différend entre les parties contractantes ne peut être résolu à l'amiable, tout litige,
tant en ce qui concerne l'interprétation que l'application de la présente convention, est de la
compétence des tribunaux luxembourgeois.

Assurance

Le participant à l'évènement (formation ou conférence) garantit avoir souscrit et maintenir en vigueur en prévision et pendant la durée de l'évènement une assurance responsabilité civile couvrant les dommages corporels, matériels, immatériels, directs et indirects susceptibles d'être causés par ses agissements au préjudice de tiers.

Droit à l'image

En vous inscrivant et participant à cette conférence, vous accordez expressément aux organisateurs de cette conférence le droit d'utiliser votre image photographique ou vidéo dans toutes les formes et médias que ce soit, à des fins non commerciales légitimes y compris la promotion de l'événement.

Terms and conditions

Trainings tariffs

The promoted tariffs concern the planned trainings. They are valid for the current year. Registration fees are without VAT and per person. They include the course materials, refreshments during breaks as well as lunch for trainings lasting a day or more.

Methods of payment

Payment shall be made out to SITec – CRP Henri Tudor. Please note the name of your company and the name(s) of the participant(s). Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice.

Non-attendance billing

For the conferences, any non-attendance communicated the day before the event shall be billed in full. Notification of non-attendance can be made by e-mail or fax to the SITec Secretariat:

Specific cancellation conditions can be applied to some conferences. In that case, the information can be found on www.sitec.lu.

For the trainings, any non-attendance communicated less than 48 hours before the event shall be billed in full. Notification of non-attendance can be made by e-mail or fax to the SITec Secretariat:

For some types of training (specific information can be found on www.sitec.lu), cancellation conditions are as follows:
Cancellation without charge: no later than 15 working days before the training date.
Where cancellation exceeds this deadline, the following percentage of the registration fee shall be billed:
· cancellation between the 8th and 14th day before training: 25%
· cancellation between the 3rd and 7th day before training: 50%
· cancellation between the 2nd and last day before training: 100%

Event cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an event when there are not enough registrations or in case of an unexpected speaker unavalability. The CRP Henri Tudor will contact all registered people to inform them either of the rescheduling at a later date, or of the integral repayment.

Intellectual property of content

The course content is the exclusive property of CRP Henri Tudor. To this end, any reproduction or modification, even partial, of content, by any means and for any purpose whatsoever, is subject to the express prior agreement of CRP Henri Tudor.

Resolution of disputes

Where a disagreement between the contracting parties cannot be resolved amicably, any dispute concerning either the interpretation or application of this agreement, falls under the jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.

Insurance

The Participant to the event (training or conference) warrants that he/she has subscribed and will maintain in anticipation and throughout the duration of the event a liability insurance covering personal, tangible, intangible, direct and indirect damages that may be caused to third parties by its actions.

Image Rights

By registering to and attending this conference, You expressely agree to give permission to the organizers of this conference to use your photographic and video likeness in all forms and media for any non-commercial lawful purposes, including promotion of the event.
